Ten years ago, Jeff Twardzik, a hospital facilities manager, was frustrated by the amount of time it took to locate how-to knowledge to keep his hospital operational. Spending hours combing through manuals and documentation, Jeff knew there had to be a better way. Partnering with a friend, they created a basic app that stored how-to videos for maintenance and repair professionals, but the technology was very limited at the time and was too cumbersome to use.
Several years later and with the advent of AI and machine learning capabilities, Jeff sought to brainstorm the possibility of creating a more robust solution. The goal remained the same: Create an easy-to-use solution that would capture “tribal knowledge” and deliver it at the right place and at the right time. Partnering with a technology focused team in Atlanta, Jeff’s vision became a reality.
Today, QModo serves many industries worldwide with an on-demand knowledge base solution and aims to arm every stakeholder with the power of how.

Mark Morel has a successful track record of starting, growing, and selling companies. He has global experience developing and implementing strategic vision, creating and driving customer-centered cultures, and attracting and managing great teams. Mark began his career in investment banking and has since been part of six previously successful start-ups, three turnaround situations, and one public company. He has experience developing and implementing strategic vision, raising capital, building and managing great teams including sales and marketing, technology, finance, legal, and human resources. Mark has successfully conceived of, consummated, and integrated several acquisitions; led, managed, and been responsible for closing many large strategic sales and partnership opportunities; and has raised over $100 million in investment capital for his various companies.
Throughout his career, Mark has developed what he describes as his three axioms for a successful business: 1) offer a compelling, problem-solving service or product in a large global market; 2) have a great, customer-focused team, and 3) drive all strategy, direction, and evolution solely based on what your customers want.
Mark holds a degree in Economics from Tulane University.

Jeff Twardzik has successfully created highly effective teams in many different arenas. He brings a positive, high energy, educated leadership strategy that compliments and celebrates his team members. Jeff owned and operated a general contracting business for over 16 years that was known for high quality craftsmanship, the best customer service, and a customer-first mentality.
As a facilities director in healthcare, Jeff has led three different hospitals (Portage Health, Aspirus Michigan Region, and Dickinson County Health) in creating highly effective facilities teams. Each one was able to improve efficiency, productivity, and competency under his leadership. Jeff has a unique understanding of the pain points in the healthcare sector, which is why so many others trust him to solve their challenges. As a founding member of QModo, Jeff is once again assembling a remarkable team to create success. He has created a Me/You approach: he works as hard as he can toward success and inspires others to adopt the same style. This builds confidence and keeps everyone focused on doing their best work so that productivity ultimately skyrockets.
Jeff holds an engineering degree from Michigan Tech University and has been recognized as a State Coach of the Year for High School Girls Basketball.

Mike McMahon serves as QModo’s Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Mike oversees accounting, finance, human resources, legal, and office administration.
His previous 25+ years of experience have spanned a diverse sector of industries, including hardware manufacturing, consulting services, and software. For more than a decade, Mike has been CFO/Controller with several SAAS companies and has extensive work with M&A, VC, and private equity transactions. He is responsible for selecting and implementing the back-office systems and processes that allow QModo to achieve its growth effectively and efficiently.
Mike has an MBA from Georgia State University and a BS in Finance from the Wake Forest University.

Ed believes that two elements are essential to the success of a company: team and purpose. In all his positions, he has built teams that worked toward a common purpose of successfully solving issues for a customer. Throughout his career, Ed has created teams and established repeatable processes. He has had the opportunity to work at multiple levels of a company, to learn from great mentors, and to work with amazingly talented people. The friendships and relationships he has built along the way have been extremely rewarding and are the cornerstone for any successful company.
Ed has held executive positions in three startups and has 31 years of consulting and management experience. As VP Operations for PRGX, Digital Assent, and Vendormate, he built and managed customer success, support, implementation, and account management teams. At DeloitteConsulting, he managed multiple supply chain strategy and process improvement projects for several Fortune 500 companies, and as COO for GPA Learn, he built out the Sales, MarketingServices, Operations, and Product Management teams and processes.
Ed holds a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He is also a licensed private pilot.

Prior to this, Mark was SVP of Worldwide Sales for Intradiem, a leading provider of real-time automation solutions. Mark‘s previously executive sales leadership roles include Aspect Software and BellSouth Enterprise.
Mark earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management from Northern Michigan University.

Greg Cory brings many years of product design and development experience to his role as Chief Product Officer at QModo AI. Greg's prior roles as CEO, CTO, and CPO have refined his ability to listen and understand customer problems from both the business and technical perspectives. He has managed teams that have delivered world-class solutions in sales/marketing, media streaming, operations, financial services, human resources, and other industries. Greg strives to deliver user-friendly products that create real value and customer satisfaction.

He is a leader in defining product development strategies, leading product development efforts, and improving initiatives to achieve defined goals and deliver in a timely manner. He strives to conceptualize and implement strategic initiatives that facilitate the achievement of organizational goals and objectives, drive revenue increases, and expand product development opportunities.
With over 20 years of experience, Amir has worked in a variety of industries including recovery audit transformation, call center automation, healthcare, disaster resource management, enterprise resource planning, supply chain, and financial applications.
He is skilled at overseeing a wide variety of engineering and operational responsibilities to ensure the best engineering performance. He hires, trains, mentors, and inspires emerging talent and provides an environment for them to thrive.
Prior to joining QModo, Amir served as CTO at PRGX and VP Product Development at both Intradiem and Emergency Visions, Inc. He holds a Bachelors degree in Industrial Electronics and a Masters in computer applications from Bharathidasan University.
