  • How QModo’s forms go beyond being checklists:
    • We offer an easy to use platform for all types of data entry.
    • Interactive data entry that can be quickly updated to add necessary corrections and follow-ups.
    • Our forms include how to information, including instructional videos, manuals, and more – delivered directly in the form.
    • Capture all information; text, numeric, and visuals.
    • We utilize conditional logic to improve the user experience by optimizing data entry, ensuring the collection of additional information.
    • Generate custom automated reports tailored to meet the specific requirements of customers.
